This invigorating sequence includes some faster paced Sun Salutations, and slower but empowering Warrior poses, Chair pose variations, dynamic lunges, and core-strengthening exercises. Elevate your heart rate with cardio intervals, fostering a balanced approach to physical and mental well-being. Suitable for all levels, this stimulating yoga flow concludes with a mini Sound bath meditation and Savasana, leaving you energized and centered

Things to remember
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in.

  • Please remove shoes in the hallway before entering the yoga studio.

  • Bring water to drink

  • There is limited parking in the driveway so travelling with others attending the class is a good option!
