An immersive evening bringing together the alchemy of Cacao, Kundalini Yoga and sound healing in the lovely, bright and warm Rhosneigr Community Hall. 

During the two and a half hours we will have a Cacao ceremony, with approximately an hour of rejuvenating Kundalini Yoga, releasing and restoring energy. This will be followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath allowing you to reconnect to yourself,  rebalancing any areas of imbalance in your energetic body. This experience will reset and realign your body, mind and soul.  

At the end of this transformative experience there will be light refreshments- tea and delicious snacks to ground you before your journey home. This will also give you the opportunity to ask questions, to process your experience or to have a natter with friends. This part is optional so if you have to dash off after the sound bath- feel free to do so.

The 11.00-12.15pm class will be yoga suitable for everyone. It will be a gentle and slow series of poses that will focus on how to keep and improve mobility for our every day needs. There will be plenty of stretches that will work to improve flexibility and some poses to explore and improve strength.  Poses can be modified to suit the needs of  the individual, as well as the use of props- blocks, cushions and chairs. 
The class will end with a 15 minute period of rest using gentle sound healing instruments to aid relaxation.
Everyone is welcome. This is a relaxed class so expect to smile and chat a little!

We went as a group of 8 and it was a lovely,  relaxing day. The yoga was great and simple enough for beginners. We then had a dip in the sea and a lovely sauna. The snacks provided were delicious and plentiful. Great location with all the amenities we needed; kitchen to make a panad, plenty of toilets to change in and  enough space to sit and chill. The sound bath at the end was fantastic, I felt relaxed already but that really knocked me out! So many different sounds used. My only criticism would be to stagger the start times a bit more so the next group weren’t interrupting the end of the session. Thank you for being so welcoming we had a lovely half day retreat. We will definitely be back and would love to see a similar collaboration with Glampio Bedo Sawna in Llanfachraeth :)

The whole day was quite magical and had all the elements that I absolutely love. The location was beautiful, unpretentious and welcoming. 
We started the day with a lovely yoga class followed by yummy healthy imaginative snacks and fruit. We then had a lively walk with great company to the sauna. I had a few dips in the lake too which was gorgeous. We then had the most delicious lunch and time them to chill, chat or take a quick nap. We were all so comfortable there that a nap felt ok. This was followed by a sound bath back in the wonderful first floor studio overlooking the gardens. Such a lovely space. We then had more delicious cakes and tea before setting off for home. I felt amazing after the day really centred. I can’t wait to do more with these fabulous women. It was such a special day.

A really lovely relaxing and restorative day. Flowing yoga, sauna and swim and a powerful sound bath with Angharad were such a great break, stepping out of a busy world into peace. Aimee’s lunch was full of delicious combinations of seasonal food. The courgette fritters with beetroot and horseradish dip and roasted carrots with hazelnuts were amazing as was the hot chocolate and cherry pudding with coconut cream. Everyone there was so friendly and fun. We plan to come again for a winter retreat. 

An Absolutely Perfect Reset
This was the most incredible escape. From the moment I arrived, every detail was perfect. The house itself was so cute and charming, creating a wonderfully cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The yoga and sound bath sessions were simply immense – truly transformative and led with such skill.
The food was another highlight; every meal was beautifully presented, delicious, and deeply nourishing. And what can I say about the sauna and lake swim? Utterly invigorating! The combination was the perfect way to awaken the senses and feel completely alive. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and profoundly grateful.

Perfect Christmas Gift 

My friend and I chose this retreat as a gift to each other for Christmas.

We could not have chosen more wisely. Angharad and the small team went way and beyond what we could have hoped for providing a very special day to remember.

The venue is perfect, it simply wraps around you like a warm blanket. The yoga was gentle and easy to follow for beginners.  The sauna was a lovely experience and the short walk to the lake, an opportunity to connect with nature 

One of the most surprising highlights of the day was the lunch banquet of beautifully presented gluten free and vegan food. A feast for the eyes and senses.

The sound bath was so relaxing to end our day. 

Our small group of 8 ladies all agreed we didn't want to leave this beautiful calm, safe haven.

A really special weekend retreat awaits you. No frills, no fuss — just an honestly good, nourishing few days together.

Across the weekend you’ll be held with daily yoga practices, deeply relaxing evening sound baths, beach sauna sessions, and beautiful food throughout, lovingly created by chef Aimee from **Earthly Feasts**. There’ll also be a few gentle treats woven in along the way, with more to be shared as the year unfolds.

**Friday**\
We’ll begin with a warming dinner together on Friday evening, allowing you to arrive, land, and gently shift into retreat mode.

**Saturday**\
We’ll start the day with yoga before breakfast, easing the body awake and setting the tone for the day ahead. After breakfast, there’ll be time to rest and wander before heading to the sauna by the sea before lunch.

The afternoon will hold a local walk, followed by space to chill, rest, or simply be. We’ll gather again for dinner in the evening, and close the day with a deeply soothing, soul-settling sound bath before bed.

Meals included on Saturday: breakfast, a light lunch, and dinner.

**Sunday**\
Sunday will begin a little later, with a gentler morning yoga practice followed by a brunch, then a glorious walk to the beach, followed by time to chat, chill or do whatever you want to do. In the afternoon be will create a ceramic piece, working with clay. This workshop will be run by Autumn of MudHaus ceramics, an excellent teacher who will guide us through specific ceramic building techniques and then we will glaze the pieces ready to be fired off site. your piece will be sent to you after the retreat. An amazing way to remember a great weekend with friends.

There will be afternoon snacks to keep you going, and then we will gather for a final Sunday feast.

The day will end with a Site specific Sound bath that will weave narratives of local history, nature and culture into this gorgeously relaxing experience, sort of like a deeply soothing and sonically immersive bedtime story for grownups!

**Monday**

We will start the day with a light breakfast and then gather for a short session of gentle yoga and a closing circle.  

Optional extras: massages will be available during the weekend if this is something you’d like to add (details to follow).

**We would also highly recommend making this a digital detox for yourself. If you can, switch your phone off and leave it in your room! If you want to take pictures and have a camera, please feel free to bring it.** 

This retreat is genuinely great value for money, especially if you come together. You’re welcome to book solo or with 1, 2, 3 or 4 friends — the more of you who book together, the more the price softens.
