**Yoga & Sound Bath for Charity at Garth Community Centre, Bangor**

Join us for a nourishing evening of gentle yin yoga and a soothing sound bath, with a pause in between to enjoy delicious snacks and a comforting cup of tea. These special gatherings will be held throughout the year, each one supporting a different charity—both local and international causes close to our hearts.

This is a chance to care for yourself while giving to those in need—a beautiful, feel-good way to spend your Friday evening. The yoga is beginner-friendly, slow, and restorative, making it perfect for anyone, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath to leave you refreshed and restored.

As a community event, we welcome everyone—bring your friends, neighbours, or loved ones—and join us in supporting a good cause. Suggested donation: **£20 or more**, with 60 % of booking proceeds going directly to the charity of the evening.  There will also be a bucket to donate on the night with all proceeds from this going to the chosen charity.

This invigorating sequence includes some faster paced Sun Salutations, and slower but empowering Warrior poses, Chair pose variations, dynamic lunges, and core-strengthening exercises. 9.30-10.45am Gentle Yoga Flow Llanberis 

The 11.00-12.15pm class will be yoga suitable for everyone. It will be a gentle and slow series of poses that will focus on how to keep and improve mobility for our every day needs. There will be plenty of stretches that will work to improve flexibility and some poses to explore and improve strength.  Poses can be modified to suit the needs of  the individual, as well as the use of props- blocks, cushions and chairs. 
The class will end with a 15 minute period of rest using gentle sound healing instruments to aid relaxation.
Everyone is welcome. This is a relaxed class so expect to smile and chat a little!

Join us for a nourishing retreat in the heart of Llanberis this December, set in the cozy and beautiful **Tyddyn Siarl**. Our bespoke yoga studio overlooks peaceful gardens and the dramatic mountain backdrop, the perfect place to pause and restore.

We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice, then take a short walk to the **scenic lakeside sauna** on the banks of Llyn Padarn. Here you’ll enjoy a 50-minute sauna session — with the option to dip into the cool, clear lake or simply refresh yourself with the water outside the sauna.

Back at the house, you’ll be treated to a **divine vegan lunch** inspired by the seasons and the local land — a true feast for body and soul.

In the afternoon, settle in for a glorious, deeply relaxing **sound bath** designed to soothe, restore, and uplift. Between activities, you’ll have plenty of time to sit by the fire, chat, and simply enjoy the company of friends, family, colleagues, or new connections made on the day.

The whole day was quite magical and had all the elements that I absolutely love. The location was beautiful, unpretentious and welcoming. 
We started the day with a lovely yoga class followed by yummy healthy imaginative snacks and fruit. We then had a lively walk with great company to the sauna. I had a few dips in the lake too which was gorgeous. We then had the most delicious lunch and time them to chill, chat or take a quick nap. We were all so comfortable there that a nap felt ok. This was followed by a sound bath back in the wonderful first floor studio overlooking the gardens. Such a lovely space. We then had more delicious cakes and tea before setting off for home. I felt amazing after the day really centred. I can’t wait to do more with these fabulous women. It was such a special day.

A really lovely relaxing and restorative day. Flowing yoga, sauna and swim and a powerful sound bath with Angharad were such a great break, stepping out of a busy world into peace. Aimee’s lunch was full of delicious combinations of seasonal food. The courgette fritters with beetroot and horseradish dip and roasted carrots with hazelnuts were amazing as was the hot chocolate and cherry pudding with coconut cream. Everyone there was so friendly and fun. We plan to come again for a winter retreat. 

An Absolutely Perfect Reset
This was the most incredible escape. From the moment I arrived, every detail was perfect. The house itself was so cute and charming, creating a wonderfully cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The yoga and sound bath sessions were simply immense – truly transformative and led with such skill.
The food was another highlight; every meal was beautifully presented, delicious, and deeply nourishing. And what can I say about the sauna and lake swim? Utterly invigorating! The combination was the perfect way to awaken the senses and feel completely alive. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and profoundly grateful.

Listening to how the instruments sound around your energy field, picking up on any imbalances, the practitioner will intuitively work on what the individual needs at that time.
