Afterward, return to the cozy retreat house for a delicious seasonal lunch, lovingly prepared by Earthly Feasts chef Aimee. Known for her creative flair and use of fresh, local ingredients, Aimee’s dishes are sure to delight and nourish.

The whole day was quite magical and had all the elements that I absolutely love. The location was beautiful, unpretentious and welcoming. 
We started the day with a lovely yoga class followed by yummy healthy imaginative snacks and fruit. We then had a lively walk with great company to the sauna. I had a few dips in the lake too which was gorgeous. We then had the most delicious lunch and time them to chill, chat or take a quick nap. We were all so comfortable there that a nap felt ok. This was followed by a sound bath back in the wonderful first floor studio overlooking the gardens. Such a lovely space. We then had more delicious cakes and tea before setting off for home. I felt amazing after the day really centred. I can’t wait to do more with these fabulous women. It was such a special day.

Join me for an hour of yoga followed by 30 minutes of sound bath meditation and relaxation at my home studio in Bangor. This class is a session that is suitable for all wishing to improve strength, flexibility and develop a greater sense of calm, relieving stress and inflammation in the body. 
It is a session that is suitable for everyone. I will modify poses to suit individual needs. These classes are no bigger than 5 participants.

9.30-10.45am Yoga Flow Llanberis 

The 11.00-12.15pm class will be yoga suitable for everyone. It will be a gentle and slow series of poses that will focus on how to keep and improve mobility for our every day needs. There will be plenty of stretches that will work to improve flexibility and some poses to explore and improve strength.  Poses can be modified to suit the needs of  the individual, as well as the use of props- blocks, cushions and chairs. 
The class will end with a 15 minute period of rest using gentle sound healing instruments to aid relaxation.
Everyone is welcome. This is a relaxed class so expect to smile and chat a little!

Back at the village hall, we’ll close the retreat with a deeply immersive sound bath journey, where the soothing tones of Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, percussive instruments, voice, synth and field recordings creating soothing and gentle vibrations to melt away stress and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.

Absolutely loved the day, the yoga was gentle but perfectly pitched for my ability. The sauna on the beach was fab, and the weather perfect sunshine for a sea dip too. The relaxing sounds that Angharad chose to end the day, were a combination of singing bowls, a tibetan gong, native indian flute, some singing and pre-recorded sounds followed by grounding instruments were a nice way to end the day.
The snacks provided were vegetarian and very lovely. Especially the coconut and berry chocolate balls!
I came away from this feeling so much lighter.

Friday: Settle, Connect & Unwind

Arrive and settle into the peaceful surroundings of Tyddyn Siarl before joining us for a summer’s evening supper at 5 PM—a relaxed and welcoming social where you can get to know your fellow retreat guests, reconnect with friends or family, and ease into the weekend.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll gather for a gentle yoga session led by the wonderful Helen Roscoe, preparing our bodies and minds for a weekend of movement and transformation. We’ll then melt into an immersive sound bath with Angharad Pelling, allowing the soothing vibrations to bring deep relaxation and balance. A perfect way to begin your journey.

Saturday: Mountain Adventure & Evening Restoration

Wake up to the serene beauty of Tyddyn Siarl and enjoy a nourishing breakfast designed to fuel your day. At 10 AM, we’ll head into the mountains with our expert guide, Conor Watt—a knowledgeable and friendly outdoor instructor—who will lead us on a hike to remember. Expect stunning views, moments of awe, and a sense of deep connection to nature as we journey together. A delicious packed lunch will be provided to sustain you along the way.

By 3 PM, we’ll return to the cottage, with time to relax in the gardens, refresh, and take in the magic of the surroundings. As the evening approaches, we’ll gather for an incredible seasonal feast at 6 PM, lovingly crafted by Earthly Feasts’ Chef Aimee—a meal that will nourish your body and delight your senses.

To close the day, we’ll move into a gentle stretching session followed by a deeply restful sound bath in your pyjamas—a soothing and dreamy way to prepare for an amazing night’s sleep.

Sunday: Rejuvenation & Restoration

Ease into the final morning of the retreat with another healthy and delicious breakfast, followed by a gentle yoga session to stretch, restore, and integrate the weekend’s experiences. After yoga, we’ll take a short walk down to Llyn Padarn, where a wood-fired sauna experience awaits—perfect for easing tired muscles and deeply rejuvenating both body and mind.

Returning to the cottage, we’ll enjoy a wonderful lunch before ending the retreat with a final sound bath relaxation, allowing you to soak in the benefits of the weekend and leave feeling renewed, inspired, and deeply nourished.

A one person or group of up to 5 people sound bath, taking place in the cozy home yoga studio where you will be invited to lie down on a soft floor bed surrounded by instruments that the practitioner will gently play all around you. Listening to how the instruments sound around your energy field, picking up on any imbalances, the practitioner will intuitively work on what the individual needs at that time. Playing a variety of different instruments, including Crystal bowls, gongs, percussion, Tibetan bowls, shamanic flute, voice work  and synth.  In a 1-2-1 session expect reiki energy healing and work with tuning forks on and around the body.
