The 11.00-12.15pm class will be yoga suitable for everyone. It will be a gentle and slow series of poses that will focus on how to keep and improve mobility for our every day needs. There will be plenty of stretches that will work to improve flexibility and some poses to explore and improve strength. Poses can be modified to suit the needs of the individual, as well as the use of props- blocks, cushions and chairs.
The class will end with a 15 minute period of rest using gentle sound healing instruments to aid relaxation.
