Join me for a nourishing evening of **gentle yoga and immersive sound healing** under the light of the **Full Moon**. This special event offers a chance to slow down, tune in, and align with the energy of the moon in a welcoming and supportive space.

We’ll begin with a grounding, heart-opening **gentle yoga flow** designed to help you release tension and connect with your breath and body. As the sun sets and the moon rises, we'll **set intentions together**, reflecting on what the full Moon offers us in astrological terms.

Following our movement practice, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness for a **deeply restorative sound bath**, featuring soothing gongs, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic sounds to help you reset and restore. Afterward, stay for a selection of **light refreshments and wholesome snacks** as we gently return to the evening together.

✨ Whether you’re new to yoga and sound healing or a returning participant, this evening is designed to help you feel deeply held and nourished.

**Spaces are limited—booking essential.**\

The 11.00-12.15pm class will be yoga suitable for everyone. It will be a gentle and slow series of poses that will focus on how to keep and improve mobility for our every day needs. There will be plenty of stretches that will work to improve flexibility and some poses to explore and improve strength.  Poses can be modified to suit the needs of  the individual, as well as the use of props- blocks, cushions and chairs. 
The class will end with a 15 minute period of rest using gentle sound healing instruments to aid relaxation.
Everyone is welcome. This is a relaxed class so expect to smile and chat a little!

A one person or group of up to 5 people sound bath, taking place in the cozy home yoga studio where you will be invited to lie down on a soft floor bed surrounded by instruments that the practitioner will gently play all around you. Listening to how the instruments sound around your energy field, picking up on any imbalances, the practitioner will intuitively work on what the individual needs at that time. Playing a variety of different instruments, including Crystal bowls, gongs, percussion, Tibetan bowls, shamanic flute, voice work  and synth.  In a 1-2-1 session expect reiki energy healing and work with tuning forks on and around the body.

Parking at Rhosneiger on a bank holiday was tricky.
So consider this.
Yoga 🧘‍♀️ stretched comfortably and lovely sound Bath, different to what I'm used too though. But lovely.
Slept like a baby that night.

So my bestie and I attended half day retreat yesterday  24th August an I have just woken up from a 10 hour sleep  haha
I really can’t remember when I have ever felt that relaxed. And also had  a clear empty mind 
The instructor had an extremely calming  way about her and was very knowledgeable  I would highly recommend doing this activity

A force majeure event includes storms, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control that prevent the safe operation of services or events.*

**Rescheduling**: 
Where possible, any affected class, session, or booking will be rescheduled to a future date. Participants will be notified as soon as practicable.

**Credits: **
For cancellations caused by force majeure events, participants will be issued credits for future sessions. These credits will be valid for 12 months.

**Refunds**: 
If rescheduling or credits are not feasible, participants may request a refund. Processing time for refunds is typically a week..

**Communication:**
Participants will be notified via email, phone, or social media channels as soon as we are aware of disruptions caused by a natural disaster or severe weather.
Updates will be provided regularly to keep participants informed.

**Liability:**
Createspace yoga and sound is not liable for any additional costs incurred due to cancellations caused by natural disasters, such as travel expenses or accommodations.
Our primary concern is participant safety, and all decisions will be made with this priority.

**Flexibility for Ongoing Disruptions:**
In cases of prolonged disruptions (e.g., multiple days of severe weather), we may implement temporary changes to our operations, including online alternatives or adjusted scheduling.
